These P365`s are extremely tight guns. They need to polish themselves up, so keep it wet with some sort of gun lube. I put a dab of grease on the barrel lug too. Trust me on this, it does help these 365`s run very smooth. Actually, installing a softer spring will have the opposite effect. With a softer spring the slide will recoil at a much higher velocity and when it hits the end of its travel she'll really feel it. Also, it will be much harder on your gun.
